Ladies- Only Badminton Sessions
Badminton is a fast-paced, enjoyable team sport that not only keeps you physically active but also supports your cognitive health. Our badminton sessions are one of our most popular activities, offering a friendly, supportive, and active environment where you can stay fit, meet new people, and have fun. Whether you are new to the sport or have played before, all abilities are welcome.
For just £3.50 per session, you can join us every Monday evening from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Plantsbrook Sports Hall. These are ladies-only sessions, providing a comfortable and encouraging space to play, learn, and enjoy the game together.
Bookings are made via our Spond booking app, secure your place and we look forward to seeing you on court!
